A naturally gifted footballer and a celebrated figure in community sports, Lamin rose through the ranks to become a first-choice player and local team leader, widely recognized for his skill, determination, and team-first mentality. In 2021, he proudly represented Gunjur in both the District Tournament and the Regional Zonal Championship, where his leadership helped the team achieve an unbeaten record and secure historic double victories. These achievements not only brought pride to his village but demonstrated his ability to inspire teams, deliver results, and unify communities through sport.

Now running for the presidency of the Gunjur Sports Committee, Lamin brings a bold vision:
